Pros
I generally have to take a spoon to help guide it out or it ends up all over the counter. We just surround it with tea towels every time we use it.
Not a dealbreaker by any means, this machine is fabulous. It's as perfect as advertised.
Cons
The blender part works but it won’t shave ice. It only makes good frozen beverages that are very watery like a runny slushie. Other than that, it struggles to blend your drinks. The lid is a olive/snot green?

Dropped the lid to the ice reservoir piece of plastic sticking out broke offits the saftey switch

I bought this to make slushies sugar freei find the automatic does not mix well it shaves ice to fast for mixing the stuff
