    I purchased this item to strengthen my arm and surrounding areas i found it difficult to use 1 unit i purchase another unit to get an even and equal arm exercise i recommend 2 units for a better exercise

    I would give it 5 stars for comfort butthe grip or handle is a bit small for my xl hands and ends up rubbing against my forefinger knuckle when i curl it

    I get around it by sqishing my pinkie finger but the handle should be wider by about a half inch or so
