Pros
Rower pulled very smooth and with good resistance filled to 6, it's top level. It feels like you are really rowing a boat. The one drawback with these type rowers is that adjusting the resistance is a bit of a chore.
Found this one to try as an upgrade to magnetic. Only gripe, electronics is a bit too barebones. If possible, allow for an after-market upgrade to standard lcd monitor.
The resistance is perfect for me and is easily adjustable. It has a smaller foot print than most treadmills. The water plug is never underwater, which is comforting.
Cons
There is no electrical connection between the rower and the monitor. Amp; are using outdated parts that do not agree with the instructions for setup. The pulse rate and rowing rate seem to be completely disconnected from your effort.
They keep apologizing for the delays but provided no resolution or action.
Critical design flaws make this device unusable in a few areas. The handlebar is also a primitive design, and is moderately uncomfortable. The only issue is that one of the bolts that attached to the seat came off.

Yes some of paint has chipped very very minor yes the computer is cheap i don’t need anything more than the stroke counts and time it does that fine yes the plastic parts are cheap and yes the handle bar could be a bit wider but guess what… this thing is 4002000 cheaper than most other options

One of my concerns from other reviews was that it wouldn’t give enough resistance for a good workout… if you aren’t getting a good work out on this you either aren’t doing it long enough or aren’t using correct form so check out youtube before you give up on the machine

Overall i could probably give it 5 stars considering the price but due to some quality control issues and the already glitchy monitor i’m sticking with 4
