Pros
I no longer wake up sweating buckets from night sweats/hot flushes. I tried this to see if it could make sleeping in the hot weather more tolerable. Especially on a ‘busy’ sleeper like me.
I fail to understand the technology of it but it frickin works. Such an easy item to use. Would use them again.
The blanket is a good size and it’s very lightweight. Enough weight to snuggle you but lightweight enough for travel. Perfect for the heat and colours very pretty.

This blanket is great, so soft and good quality. My only problem is that it slips off easily. I now have 2 and recommended them to my parents, who also bought 1 each.
Cons
I thought it was a fitted sheet for a blanket then noticed no opening so indeed, it is a blanket but more like a sheet. Also a little smaller than expected. Very disappointing and in my opinion, poor value for money.

It is cold to touch it gets warm with your body heat then you waft if or move your legs and its cold again

I hate hot humid weather with a passion and was stuck working at home in an attic bedroom that has two tiny skylights and a southfacing window that always seems to face away from the breeze

The silkier side does feel nice on hot skin during hot weather but i’m not sure i would call it “cooling” as such
