Pros
The design is beautiful and the feet make it extremely sturdy. The only issue i have is with the legs and how they operate. Very stable with wide legs. Was easy to use n store.
It's simple to turn the knob to fan the rods or twist them back for storage. After struggling with a cheap wooden drying rack this makes hanging the pasta a breeze. I love the center rod that makes it so easy to transfer pasta to the rack or from it.
Cons
Vdomus is essentially a stack of drying rods. The problem is that the points where the rods meet the center pole is a plastic ring. The bottom ring in this stack has to be locked into position to hold all the other ones up. It's just a metal set screw... Read More
The kitchenaid kpdr is the same unit for 1/3 less money and the meglio is even less. The product supposedly has 10 yr warranty from marcato. Expensive product with poor reliability. Also seems quite overpriced.

When the bars are unfurled they do not clicklock into place

If the bars are bumped even slightly they move then you must turn the large black knob on top to fully unfurlextend the bars

The little ring holding the black dial in place should have a tension spring under it and also a detent between the bottom of the knob and the spindle shaft

You pull out the legs which are rubber on the bottom so they wont shift
