These are probably the nicest pillows i have used in many years. I'm optimistic for them to last years (single digits) the pillows help with neck and shoulder pain.

It arrives rolled up but fluffs up relatively quickly

I only sleep on one pillow or sometimes no pillow as i tend to sometimes push my pillow out of the way above my head
