A spoonful every day. Great tasting. Better than expected.
acid reflux - seems to do the trick for controlling acid reflux compared to the higher priced more powerfully rated honeys. Also good for sores, rashes, or small scrapes/cuts. Used to promote tissue granulation in my dog's snake bite wound.
It is a bit pricey but i like to keep it on my shelf all the time. Arrived on time, no issues with breakage.
