A spoonful of this honey is worth the price. It is a bit pricey, but lasts a while.

Cons

It is very unethical to fool people into thinking that this is a umf 30 honey when in fact it is way less than umf 5. Can't return them now. Very deceptive.

Mgo notation is not a standard way to measure the methylglyoxal content. The bees take the pollen which contains methylglyoxal and this transfers to the honey. This level of mgo (methylglyoxzal) is insignificant.
