The product is nicely packaged and arrives sealed a chunky jar means little risk of damage in transit the box is misleading as there is a platform so makes the product look bigger than it is but its still a 50g jar youre getting so its not false advertisement

It has a light fragrance that is probably honey and you are advised to apply it after cleansing leaving it to work for up to 30 minutes
