Pros & Cons
Cons
The one i received is nothing more than an on/off switch. No molex connector, only 3 pin. I turn it all the way up and turn it down to just before it'll switch off, same speed.

The variable in the product description is a little wishful thinking one star docked the only variance in output knob is right before the knob clicks off otherwise 95 of the remaining rotation is the same output

Only thing that should be known is that the 4pin molex connector is a little difficult to connect and could easily be damaged when connecting to the power supply
