Pros

It's powerful enough for a small bathroom. Seems to be a lot quieter than the old fan it replaced and it is now a brilliant white colour again rather than yellowish shade. Not too noisy and extracts the shower steam and bad toilet smells.

Cons

Do not touch this one with a barge-pole. The fans feel light (not as hefty as the ones removed) and cheap plasticy. The small cover for the internal connections is very flimsy.

Poorly balanced rotor means it's very noisy. The fan also switches off frequently while the light is on. Created noise throughout the whole house.
