The bottle can be used both in wide mouth mode by twisting the lid to remove it as well as a smaller spout which is accessed by loosening the small round cap until both the small lid and ring that is attached at the bottom can be lifted up

It doesnt sit well so its very fumbly trying to get it on or off quickly

The bottle is worth it though so im just going to order a replacement cap of a different style

I figured id pour it in throw it in the fridge eventually it would cool off
