I find them deliciously nutritious, especially when added to my morning or mid-day smoothie. They have a pleasant, slightly nutty flavor that's not overpowering. I love adding them to my oatmeal in the morning.

The ziploc strip on my bag was not sealed. There is a disclaimer on the package that’s says, consuming this product can expose you to chemicals including cadmium. It is now dry, with a grassy smell and taste!
