Pros

Light and nutty flavor adds a nice touch. They also taste great, and have a softer texture. I like their earthy taste and they are so nutritious! Great flavor.

Add on as a yogurt topping or in chia pudding. Perfect for smoothies, yogurt, and salads. Their versatility in use is a bonus. Just sprinkle it on yogurt, mix it in a smoothie or use it to jazz up a salad.

It blends up easily and makes exceptional thick hemp milk. An easy, tasty way to get some of my daily protein intake. It is gluten-free and non-gmo.

I will buy again here, in walmart it's mire expensive. Would highly recommend.

Cons

No more hemp seeds for me nor family. Perishable items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.
