The whole contraption seems good, except the lid--that goes inside the mold to weigh down the tofu--doesn't have a snug fit. I hope it will be durable too.

It works nicely to make paneer cheese. If you make tofu, this is a no-brainer. Made a perfect homemade tofu.

I just handwashed the muslin cloth in cold water that came with the press and air dried it
