Pros & Cons
Pros
Worked like a charm. Makes thanksgiving noodles go much faster. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.
Cuts noodles to fettuccine width without having to press too hard. Takes a swipe with this noodle lattice roller and it cuts eight strips at once. The roller blades are evenly spaced & sharp.
Cons
This thing is exasperatingly useless. Could not cut though churro. It is doubtfully stainless steel because it is so easy to bend.
Highlights
Quality
Still trying new items great product and sturdier and sharper than others
Easy to use and was more durable than i thought
This makes the device too lightweight to fully cut the pasta dough
All pieces come out evenly no dough wasted
Price
We only make our own noodles occasionally so for this price we’re extremely happy with it
For the price it’s definitely a good deal
A little light but right for the price
Competitiveness
Now i can make pasta faster than a pasta maker machine
I wasnt sure what to expect but its a simple tool and works much better than the expensive complicated noodle machine that i used to use
