Despite seeing others use this it was a bit smaller than i was expecting also weightier but this is obviously necessary to hold the camera up

Only disadvantage is inability to shoot vertically must be landscape

For my phone pixel 2 it just fit snuggly so if you have a phone on the larger side i would double check before purchase that it will fit

Only thing is its hard to get different angles when its standing up as the phone adapter does not move
