Pros

This works as advertised. It's incredibly portable and was much less expensive than similar items. Works great for time-lapse at parties. What a great combo.

Only gripe is the little mounting screw is a * to finger tighten. Works fine with a screwdriver, but if i need to remove it or put it back on while on the trail, it's a bit more of a challenge.

Cons

The legs collapse when they not configured straight up. It blocks the battery and memory card compartment so i'd have to remove it each time i needed to access the compartment. Its kind of annoying to have to use a coin to tighten it to the camera.

Quality

I added a quick mount adapter plate to make it fast and easy no messing with the screw

I have zero issues with build quality the legs are extremely sturdy and the entire metalplastic build feels like it can take a beating

Mine is the large size and did not come with the little finger screw driver

The only issue is that the screw that comes with the mp3 requires a fidily coin or tool to take it onoff the camera body

Price

I was going to get the smaller one but the price is so close

Maybe a cheaper competitor will come out with one that costs less than half this price
