Pros
Although a couple of quid dearer, the quality is present. Has the appearance of a high quality machined part from nasa.
An excellent converter. Used to convert a hide clamp to manfrotto for use with a telescope. Does what it says but think very overpriced.
Cons
It turns a £300 tripod into a wobbly pile of junk. That black washer you can so clearly see is actually rather soft. Not fit for the purpose of photography.

The product does the job well and the rubber bit ensures that once properly tightened the adapter remains screwed on the bottom of the head instead of the tripod

The headline says it all this is a typically excellent manfrotto accessory but for me fitting a manfrotto head to a velbon tripod i struggled to tighten the head sufficiently to the tripod central column meaning it often came loose when i panned my kowa scope

Does the job but the knurled edge is somewhat narrow for me to grip if trying to remove it
