The build is excellent, heavy, nicely finished with knobs that feel nice and give excellent finger traction. It's hefty in the hand but feels solid as a tank. Freakin' awesome head and shipping.

The 120-38 manfrotto spacer takes away all pinch-points between the lower controls and the tripod. There is an easy solution for those who use an arca-swiss type camera mounting plate.

The manfrotto 410 junior geared head is an excellent product. The all metal knobs and compactness is superior to the more expensive 405. There is something special about this gear that separates apart from other competitors.

Cons

Grrrrr. This gear head is disappointing in the quality and work ability. Returning and ordering the benro geared head.
