Pros & Cons
Pros
A nice chunk of iron. I wish they had a 5lb version. This is exactly what i wanted in a counterweight.
They clamp anywhere on the base or riser of your light stand for the best center of weight and balance. Perfect for a boom with a small light on them or a reflector/card.
Cons
The 3lb counterweight is pretty much useless.

Price
They went up in price on this right after i ordered mine
You can get dumbells very cheap at the brick and mortar stores and in a wide variety of weights
Competitiveness
The counterweight for the mount is much more than what i need for that camera and lens and the manfrotto weights work very well
This sounds and maybe is pedantic but im just surprised a manfrotto product has zero branding on it

It arrived and seems great but at first i thought maybe its a knockoff since nothing said manfrotto not even the box it came in

But i looked at the photo of it on bhs website and it looks identical so my guess is its the real deal

My suggestion to manfrotto is go ahead and slap a sticker on there or something just so people know its legit
