They're very warm. They're waterproof. They are still comfortable, waterproof, and i don’t experience any issues from the worn lining.

If you leave these even the slightest bit loose the tongue really hurts your shin

I even tried tightening them up as much as a could but the way the tongue of the boot folds under the laces it causes pressure and ends up hurting you even after short amounts of use
