Unable to load any music onto this devise

Is a good product download the music on to a micro sd card using your phone or computer you will not be able to download music to the micro sd card using the mp3 player

Arrived much quicker than estimated but most of the time will not connect to either windows 8 or xp

Both computers will recognize it as a storage device but read it as a drive with no storage capacity even though the memory works fine in the unit itself

As an mp3 player it seems functional but you will need another device to preload the memory before insertion if you want to change anything about whats loaded with any reliability

Addendum i did eventually get it connecting with the win 8 computer but with persistence alone not by changing anything

However now it has a persistent buzzing in the left sound channel during playback which makes it basically unusable
