My knees are creaky and can hurt honestly after getting this mat they stopped hurting shortly after

Out of the box the mat is unusable but it is supposed to be that way

It improved the grip by a good margin but i would still slip on downward dog and warrior poses

Its funny what yoga should teach us about ourselves and how so many yogis leaving bad reviews do not embody that mindset at all
