Everything by raichlen is good.
Cons
Not loving it at all. This book is like reading a novel to cook, not like a cook book.

One reason i bought it rather than many other titles by raichlen was that it was available at a very discounted kindle price

However this is not a quick and easy cookbook so be prepared for lots of ingredients in many of the recipes

I mostly wanted to learn about barbecuing becuase oddly enough i have almost no experience in that area of cuisine and raichlen is the acknowledged master

I will obviously get from this book everything there is to glean on that subject and then very likely get another of his books specifically devoted to barbecue
