Pros
Have been using these peppers for years. They taste like a roasted red pepper but whatever they do to them, they are fantastic. The mild ones are not extremely spicy but have a pretty good kick. The mildly spicy has just enough kick to it!
Good size 26. These are simply yummy and so versatile.
Very subtle heat, a little tartness, great zing to it. A little goes a long way. Mama lil’s are great.

We put them on pastas pizza meats sandwiches even with just some soft cheese and a cracker or on a bruschetta style toast

Unfortunately like so many other reviewers have noted these bottles sometimes break in shipping

Usually the small size bottles have made it ok especially if they aren’t rolling around in the shipping box but the larger ones don’t seem to be as lucky
