Pros & Cons

Pros

The straps are long but have to make a loop around the canoe so i use ratcheting tie downs for on top of the trailer because of its width. The buckles provide a tight secure grip, and allow a very taut secure tie-down. The buckle is a little loose but...  Read More

Because its an heirloom i. Great price. Would buy again if needed. Grandson really likes it. Worth buying again. I purchased for my husband for fathers day.

My cars are ok. Works awesome. Works much better than expected. These blocks are amazing.

The blocks are perfect for my coleman canoe. Fit on my 2011 subaru outback. Worked out great for my suv.

Blocks have slots on one side for a boat gunnel and slots on the other side for existing roof racks. Used to put a 60lb canoe on top of our forester. Bought this for my honda crv without a roof rack, and works very well.

Cons

Ropes are thin and not very long. Ratcheting straps would work way better. The foam blocks are cheapy and have squished after using them once. Had to place cushions under the rails to prevent further damage.
