Pros
It looks really good and it makes loading and unloading kayaks a breeze. This malone trailer is perfectly priced and very durable. It is good looking and very sturdy.
Trailer tows like a charm. Yakima makes a safety pole that i may add to help with backing. Tie an extra strap to the nose and another to the hand hold to keep the kayak from sliding forward through the malone seawing saddles.
It is fantastic. Malone calls it recommended, i'd say it is mandatory. Highly recommended. A fantastic result.

Pictures of kayak trailer clearly show spare tires being included in multiple pictures. However, these were not included. There was no spare tire in the picture of the kayak trailer.

One box was damaged in shipping and while that may be blamed on ups imo the manufacturer must provide adequate packing materials

Apparently they have stopped selling the particular trailer because the warning of not overloading it max weight 340 lbs was not being followed

Also the license plate holder in the light kit is made of plastic

Follow the instructions exactly in order and it goes together well dont skip steps or get out of order or you will have to take things apart
