Pros

Great price for a great storage rack and it's solidly built. The racks themselves are very sturdy. The rack feels like a bit of overkill but it also feels like it will never fail.

This kayak fits excellently with the bottom side out. Holds my 14' tandem kayak so securely that the straps are not even necessary. The bottom straps work great to secure that second kayak. It handles our 2 11'6 kayaks fine on the side of the garage.

My husband stores his in the top, it is heavier than mine and he is taller. Storing two kayak - one 10. An affordable solution to storing kayak in garage.

Sturdy, well made, well worth the higher cost. Finish is of good quality. Quality packaging. Really happy with this purchase.

Malone j-dock hangs two boats from one set of anchor points. Holds two kayaks or paddleboards as advertised. Have top kayak facing out to store paddles, life jackets.

Cons

Too many holes in the same wall stud is not good for the structural integrity. Now i have to patch the holes, re-arrange the garage and find a new spot. Horrible customer service from malone.

I have two neckey 14ft sea kayak on this mount

Especially since i bought the exact same models a few years ago and they were 18 less per set about a 40 price increase

It is a very good way to secure your kayaks paddles and other equiptment

It all worked out exactly as we were hoping it would highly reccomend
