Pros
Pull one cord and it tightens and stays that way. Easy to use when hooking to rope, etc. For me, being able to tighten the lines using this ratchet device is sooo much easier than trying to tie a tight line.
Great quality. Highly recommend. For the price, they work fine. Awhile.
The inner clasps are very sharp, so i do use caution so as not to rip nylon loops. I take my time clipping on/off the straps to avoid catching/fraying. Love that this setup has a flat strap accessory.
Light and works great on my kayak. Perfect for transporting kayaks on the roof.
Easy to use and a fair price. Makes loading and unloading easy. Easy adjustment and fast removal.
Cons
The ratchets are flimsy, held together by screws just a little bigger than the ones in eyeglasses. Rachetting mechanism completely fell apart on first use. Carabiner is too small and one strap broke/snapped the first time used.

Because the line is paracord i wouldnt use them for bow ties because they are a bit too flexible
