Pros & Cons
Pros
About 4 tsp for 3 pounds of zucchini seems to be about right, with about a 1/2 tsp of citric acid. Follow the moritz protocol religiously for safe results. The quality is great and will repurchase when needed!
Malic acid is what apples have in them (mostly) for a tart flavor. Also dusted it on already sanded gummy candy.
Malic acid crystals are a secret weapon in the arsenal of any culinary enthusiast. Each crystal is like a concentrated drop of tartness. They're an invitation to explore the tangier side of cooking, adding depth and zing to your culinary creations.
Cons
It states that this malic acid is “naturally found in fruits and vegetables” which it is not. This is synthetic. Threw out the drink.

Great price i actually dont mind the taste one bit
Packaging/appearance
I give it 4 star bc its synthetic and no information of package
I love sour candy and always wondered if they just sold the sour separately and they did so now i can make all my candy sour
I dont like that the package has no information on it ie serving size ingredients etc
However the packaging is not resealable so you would need a separate bag to seal it back up
