Pros
Allows some breathing under the strap, connects securely to the fitbit, and clasp has lots of fit options. I have a small wrist and do find there is a lot of extra band length at the end since this is a one size fits all.

The bands fit my fitbit well and let everything breathe. I find they don't get sweaty and uncomfortable as quickly. The band that comes with the charge 5 is really good.
