Each time you pull out the air vacuum created causes the opening the mouth side is my favorite because of the realism to literally suction to your member and makes a pucker kiss sound when you exit

I will say however that cleaning the toy is quite difficult especially considering that if you do remove the flesh inside from the outer cover i believe it says not to on the package but i like to thoroughly clean my toys before and after every use it is pretty challenging to get it back in and lined up right

The color is a bit too red on the lips and like many toys the color is starting to come off with more usage
