Of the cups were smashed but i got in touch with supplier and had replacements in 2 days

Two of the cups arrived with chips and when asked for a replacement i was told that since they are part of a set there will be no replacement but seller very kindly credited back a fair amount of money so that i can purchase my own replacement

My only criticsm is that you cannot order single plates cups saucers etc in the event that one of the items breaks then ii would have an uneven set unless i ordered a full set again
