Pros
Makita delivers excellent performance, as always. Excellent factory setup. It’s accurate, safe, lightweight and works very well.
Solid little mitre saw - does the job. Factory blade is quite good and worth hanging on to even if you immediately switch it out for something with a higher tooth count. Great for at home at a great price.

The miter saw is ok when i order it i thought it was a slider compound but its not so its not what i wanted

I cant vouch for the cut accuracy as ive been making rough construction cuts only so far

Makita for some weird reason decided to make that switch removable as a way to disable the saw when not in use

As a result the safety switch very easily pops out and gets lost
