In all seriousness such an amazing book and it is what the the vegan world has been waiting for. If you want to make really profesional homemade vegan meats, this book needs to be on your shelf.

Cons
Most of the recipes call for uncommon ingredients, including some i consider not healthful. The author uses msg and other chemicals when making his vegan meat. For the price, there were rly not that many recipes.
The author of this book is a self-proclaimed pescatarian. Unfortunately, the book lacks a lot of key directional photography. There are zero step by step photos.

There is much of to love about this book but some of the recipes are overly complicated and the general writing could use editing otherwise i’ve had success with the recipes i’ve tried
