The neck pillow is too thick and puts my chin on my chest. Too stiff. Letting the item air out for a week still smelled.

Got this for my dad he sleeps a lot while in the chair he’s 89 and has severe health issues works great
It is so comfortable that i have gotten up out of my recliner a couple times and forgot i had the thing around my neck
Or if i roll one up just to support my neck i am constantly having to adjust the position as they tend to fall down
