Pros

Each bar has all the nutrition of a full meal and sedates hunger. They taste like a sugar cookie and are reasonably priced. A portion satisfies my hunger for an afternoon.

As emergency food rations they certainly do the job and fit quite nicely in my get home bag. They are in my zombie pack in the back of my car along with everything else needed. I wish i could buy them in more bulk so they would be slightly cheaper.

Cons

Tried one bar. Harder than a brick. They just taste bad.
