Pros & Cons
Pros
This is a little salty and notas thick as japanese kombu, but it is delicious. Tasty and nutritious. Great to use in cooking soaked dried beans. The beans come out tender and easier to digest.
The item is good but it is quite expensive. Been buying this brand for years.
Use this product in soup. A little seasoning and olive oil make it a complete dish. I frequently make dashi and miso soup, so this product was a good addition to my pantry.
The bag is compostable! Can also munch on it straight from the package. That way the nutrition is there without the taste. Plus, its taste is better imho.
