Great on just about anything and a great source of iodine. I love the shaker container and thought it'd be easier for adding the dulse to my smoothie, and it is.

I prefer dulse flakes for their fresh natural taste and large size

I ordered these for adding to my hmd smoothies not as a seasoning

I did try it on a few things as a seasoning but you have to be mentally ready for the seaweed flavor
