I have to say when these super red repens arrived in the mail it looked like they traveled cross country from california to florida in a little box wrapped up in plastic

Once i opened up all the packing and removed the repens then laid and separated all the cuttings leaves were falling off left and right

The plants had many leaves still on the plant

Ive had mine for about a week now and when it was first acclimating most of the lower leaves left but the upper leaves remained leaving bare stem at the bottom with roots

However because the tops were still growing and showing favor with the lights above they not only continued to grow onward and upward but bit also on the lower bare stems have started what looks to be flowerettes but only another branches and leaves

Arrived in good shape didn’t do well in my tank but i think that was a lighting issue on my part

The plant arrived alive and well not even a single dead leaf

A few fell off in the handling process but they werent dead
