Very easy to install and with simple to understand instructions. Add 2 bags of instant concrete ($5 each at home depot) the only thing i'd change is to have a spring closure for the mail slot. Easy to install via a plate not attached to the main box.

Box looks like it will keep out the scourge. Is it 100% no, but it is going to detour mail thieves. Only thing i have my doubts about is an open area for outgoing mail.

Cons

Construction appears durable, but bottom hinge of the locking door rusts. Without this hinge, the box is useless. Customer service can only provide a new lock and keys. This mailbox is not antitheft at all.

There was a puddle of water in the back of the mail box. Maybe one of the pins is bent, or rusty.

This is evidently what one gets at this price, but it is not a quality product. Too big for a residential mailbox. This thing weighs 40 lbs!
