Pros

It's very breathable and doesn't make me feel sweaty. Ladies just do it lol. It's not tight because there is alot of stretch and really smooths you out. The bones show through the clothes, so tight fitting dresses are out.

I like how it keeps me sitting and standing up straight and not slouching. Broke my back in lumbar region (l4&l5) more comfortable to wear than a back brace.

Cons

Don't buy it expecting inches off or much in the way of shaping. This xl is like a small. It fits fine around my waist but the boning sticks out a little on both ends.

Bc i have very little abdominal strength (i exercise 4-5x/week and have a strong core), but my back has been overcompensating. These * waist trainers and cinchers are terrible for your physical health.
