It was easier to thread through than my ares gear ranger belt and once the belt is tightened the grippy polymer back locked in the holster so it didn’t shift around

I like the way this belt looks with the black leather but it does not work most of my dressier pants due to the issue with the belt loops

I was threading the belt just a few days after getting it and one of these fasteners popped off

As a result they are able to sandwich this in between two layers of cowhide and it is very stiff all the way from one end to the other and all the way edge to edge

Initially i thought it was a bit too stiff but after wearing it for a couple of months it has broken in nicely
