Pros
The automatic shut off is a lifesaver on those chaotic mornings when i forget to shut it off. It gets hot fast.
My hair looks sleek and healthy. Glides my hair easily. I have lots of curl.
Cons
This product sometimes heats up sometimes does not… very frustrating. Had to return defective product. After using it my whole head smells like that weird stench.

But where you hold it the rose gold piece at the top gets too hot you can’t even touch it

Also the outside of the straightener including the handle where you’re supposed to hold it gets super hot as well
