Pros
Hand warmer gives off a consistent and comfortable warmth that lasts for hours. Works best with gloves because they get super warm!
The compact lightweight design makes them easy to carry and hold. I love the fact that they are so easily rechargeable. The battery seems to last long enough.
Cons
Two temperature settings but the high temp gets pretty hot. Need to introduce a more robust way to turn them on such as 3 quick clicks to prevent a random start. The on button is just that a button.
Hand warmer packets are a total waste of money. Sent an email to manufacturer but never heard back.
The the fatal flaw is that after the first two uses, they failed to hold a charge anywhere close to claimed. These were fully charged over night but only lasted about an hour. Even at full battery charge, they don't last long at all.

I’d bought a different kind of reusable handwarmers last year and they were fine but they were liquid filled and required boiling afterward to reactivate the chemicals inside
