Pros
Comes with markers and erasing cloth. Each marker has it’s own eraser on the cap. Looks great and is easy to erase and change.
Good size and perfect for planning with family or roommates. Very helpful for reminders. That’s the only reason i rated it a 4.
The magnet is very strong and keeps the calendar from slipping. Sticks great to fridge. Easy to clean and lays smooth on our fridge.
Cons
The magnet on the markers is so weak the makers fell down all the time. It stains and doesn't erase. Unfortunately the 2nd one has bubbles in it too. Money down the drain.

As with any white board that has marker on it for a month marker residue will stick to the surface

This is a great item however the markers were not great and neither did the writing from it come off very easily
