Pros

The marker tip is sharp and precise, and they hold up to the roughness of my child using them for school. Some of the markers are finer than others.

End tip eraser is nice for little erasures. There is an eraser on the back for easy erasing access.

The magnets are strong and easily stay on my fridge. Have been using them on a magnetic calender for a month now. The only thing i would say that needs help is a stronger magnet.

Cons

The colors come off for the most part if erased quickly, but not if it was on for a week or two in 1 or 2 colors. The small magnet on the marker top is not strong enough to hold up on the whiteboard.
