Pros
I take this at night to help me fall asleep. It’s much better then any otc “sleep’ supplements i’ve tried. I usually take it when i start bedtime routine and when i finally lay down and get comfy, i'm usually out in less than 10 minutes.
Overall satisfied with the product, is hard to * at times due to its size. Easy to *, no taste. Love that on only take 1 pill vs 2-3 in other brands.
This mag supplement makes an enormous difference in my pain level. Along with proper nutrition, movement, and the right supplements, i feel pretty great most days now.
Thankful for that. Pleasantly surprised. My second time purchasing. Not a bad product but will definitely consider purchasing again in the future.
Cons
The manufacturer's box is stuffed with paper. Ostensibly, the extra packaging is because the bottle is glass, but i've seen other glass bottles that the manufacturer didn't enrobe like the crown jewels. This tablet is a serious choke hazard.
It makes me feel a little nauseated just looking at all that wasted material.
This is one of the most overhyped products i've every seen. Mg is listed as from seawater.

Been using another brand for a long time but saw these and was curious
And while these pills are on the large side they are not bigger than other products like esterc vitamin c 1000 mg pills
That said for those that have issues swallowing another brand may be better due to its size
Glad we switched to this brand other brands messed with my sleep and despite the slightly large size i can still swallow it okay

Also… did not realize this until i felt the difference but ashwagandha is apparently a natural aphrodisiac too… can tell a difference there as well lol
