Pros
The smell is pleasant, not overbearing and the oil absorbs quickly. The spray has a somewhat evergreen smell when it is first applied but the smell dissipates rather quickly.
Cons
Icyhot with lidocaine is not worth using. Caused rash and itchiness.

I already take a very well absorbed magnesium capsule in threonate form but it doesnt help these issues
